Touchbase makes it easy to check on elderly loved ones with automated phone calls. Schedule health check-ins, medication reminders, and personalized messages - even using your own voice.
"Hi Mom, just checking in to see how you're feeling today..."
Touchbase provides the tools caregivers need to keep in touch with loved ones, even when you can't be there in person.
Set up recurring wake-up calls, medication reminders, or check-ins at times that work for your loved one. Never miss an important touchpoint again.
Automated calls remind your loved ones to take their medications on time. Customize the message and schedule for each medication.
Daily calls ask how they're feeling on a 1-5 scale. Track health and mood trends over time so you can spot changes early and stay informed.
Clone your voice so calls sound like you, not a robot. Send personalized messages that feel warm and familiar - because it really is your voice.
Hear recordings and read transcriptions of every response. Know exactly what was said, and keep a record of all interactions for peace of mind.
News, sports, weather, music, stories, and daily inspiration - all delivered by phone. Perfect for those who prefer audio content or have difficulty with screens and small text.
Getting started takes just a few minutes
Enter their phone number and set their timezone. You can add multiple contacts to keep track of everyone.
Set up check-ins, reminders, or messages. Choose the time, frequency, and what you want the call to include.
Get notified of responses. View health trends, listen to recordings, and read transcriptions - all in one place.
Everything you need to know about Touchbase
My mother-in-law had a PhD in English. She taught ESL, loved photography, and was always engaged with the world and her work. For years, I'd email and text her photos of my kids - she loved that.
Then she started losing things. First the computer became too confusing. Then texting. The technology that connected us stopped working for her - one piece at a time.
But the phone still worked.
For five or six more years - even as she lost so much else - she could still answer a call. Still loved to talk. The phone was the last connection that made sense to her.
That's why I built Touchbase. Because the phone works when nothing else does. For people losing abilities, dealing with vision loss, disabilities, or anyone who just prefers a friendly voice to a screen full of apps.
For the times you can't be there, Touchbase is.
