Everything you need to know about your subscription
Need to add more people? Tap + Add Person on the home screen. If you've used all your slots, you'll see options to add more:
Your new contact is prorated — you only pay for the remaining days until your next billing date, then it's included in your regular monthly bill.
Have a promo code? You can enter it at checkout when adding contacts. Look for the "Add promotion code" link on the payment page.
To reduce your subscription cost, simply delete or archive a contact you no longer need. After removing them, you'll be asked if you want to remove that slot from your bill.
Removals are prorated — you receive a credit for the unused portion of your billing period, which is automatically applied to your next bill.

When am I billed?
You're billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. All add-ons are aligned to this same date, so you have one simple bill.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and your service continues until the end of your billing period. Removing contacts gives you prorated credit toward future bills.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?
Promo codes can be entered at checkout when subscribing or adding contacts. Look for "Add promotion code" on the payment page.
